Nice outdoor seating by the river. Great beer selection and burgers.
The menu has a good amount of offerings. Appetizers, Subs, Sandwiches, Fried Chicken, Wraps, Soups, Salads, and Pasta. I enjoy something different every time I visit. The wraps are good, and the pork tenderloin is awesome. The sweet potato fries would be better if they were hand cut from fresh sweet potatoes. Overall our food was very good.
Update: Fish Tacos on Fridays are super amazing. So are the black & blue nachos with Alfredo.
Nice venue, positive experience. Our service was okay but could have been better. Short follow ups with your customers is always a good practice. The overall value was fair for the money paid. Recommend this Waterstreet Pub if you are looking for a a light lunch, couple of drinks with a great appetizer, or just a low key meal.
The Waterstreet Pub is located in Peru Illinois on Water Street. The restaurant has several seating areas. There is a restaurant side, the bar area with tables, and an outside patio area. All are very nice. The restaurant is clean and well maintained.

So I googled who had the best pork tenderloin in the area & this place came up. Thought I'd try it out. Google didn't lie. It was amazing. They pound them out in house & you could tell. It was a little thicker than the average pork but I like them like that. Had real good flavor. My daughter got the chicken Parmesan & loved it! The pasta was cooked perfect which in this area is hard to find. Usually it's overdone. The cheese sticks we got as an appetizer were very good & the marinara dipping sauce served with it was hot. Always a nice touch. I got the Bloody Mary bar to drink & it was so cool! Lots of different options. Never had pickled asparagus before but I'll be buying it now for my Bloodys at home. Overall a great experience I highly recommend.

Nice clean place. Great menu, I mean, literally, EVERYTHING is awesome! Good pricing. Big selection of beers and drafts. Lots of seating. Live music on selected weekends. Great staff.
