Don't treat my wife like she's stupid.. she obviously knows more about parts than you. To make her drive 55 miles for the wrong part you gave her really pisses me off.
My truck burned up a pulley and belt just off the Express way. Jim the manager saved me . Was able to order the parts I needed and pay over the phone and Jim brought them to me getting me back on the road. Don't know what I would have done without his help.
Pretty quick to get help but not on what I really needed for my car. They always try to sell me extras that I don't even need
Meh. It's a good auto parts store and depending on who you talk to, the staff is usually knowledgeable and willing to advise you.
We were on our way to Indianapolis and had a headlight out. My hubby and I don't fix cars but Mr. Rich went out of his way to change it for us. There are still great people in the world.
