The automatic wash stinks. When i left i had wax spots on my car from the sprayer and the machine does not have good spray power.
Awful debit/credit card setup and even worse customer handling score one star because no stars is not an option. Photos taken 8/5/17. A wizened raisin of a man in a stained wife beater undershirt (his appearance was devoid of any visual confirmation that he actually works at SuperWash, but this same guy apparently has been the weekend "attendant" for years) approached my open car window as I was about to swipe my card, and wanted to swipe my card for me. I declined, swiped all by myself, and then realized the cc data screen was too damaged to see what I was actually being charged (see screen blow up photo). Had the guy not approached me too close for comfort, reaching out to touch my debit card, I likely would have paid more attention to the state of the terminal before I swiped. It appeared there was no way to stop the sale once I had swiped my card, as the refund button on the terminal was disabled. The man told me to pull through to start my car wash, but I had received no receipt, nor was there anything legible on the pay screen to confirm what I'd been charged by this elderly-looking exterior machine (which could easily be tampered with from the obvious state of the machine), so I requested the man assist me with obtaining a receipt for my transaction in the hopes it would help me sort out the situation of the card reader if the machine had been compromised. "No receipts!" the raisin barked. He then explained that I didn't need a receipt; the charge would be on my bill. I stated that I would appreciate a refund if he could not provide a receipt for the sale. The man became indignant, cursing and muttering and told me that he didn't do refunds, that he wasn't the owner, and the owner wasn't present. I asked for the owner's contact information so I could discuss the matter with him, and the man said fine, but then did not actually follow through and give me any contact info. Then, huffing and puffing mad, the man demanded to know who I was to be demanding a receipt, and I told him my name- I'm a local business owner and have more than a passing familiarity with how credit transactions ought to be handled- and he stomped off, cussing me every step of the way, and finally reappeared with a receipt book, and then finally, gave me a receipt for the car wash, but not until he'd called me every nasty curse word he could conjure. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Thought it prudent to also post a photo of the damage waiver for anyone who likes to know the terms of sale before they transact.
