Horrible customer service. When I walked in there was four girls standing there chatting and no one greeted me, being that it was such a small place it was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I asked one of the girls if she worked there because I had a question and she finished her sentence talking to her friend then looked up at me and laughed then said "oh yeah i do what's up?" Like I'm bothering her.. I walked around for little bit longer finally I decided on something to buy and I had a coupon for a free Panny when I go up to the register and the girl the coupon before even looking at it she says we can't honor this it's only online and I was like yes you can then she wrote it and saw that it could be honored in stores and she quickly looked over at her other employee and said "see this one is different it has a barcode" presuming that it is her fault. Anyway on the coupon didn't say that I had to pick a specific pair of panties so I had a pair that I picked and she said that they cannot use the coupon for the pair can only be for the perfect fit panty I asked her if she could please honor it I shop here all the time and the only reason I came in was because I wanted to use that coupon but I had to make a purchase . She still said no she can't honor it and so I walked out of the store it was a really bad experience with Victoria's Secret which is unusual because they usually have great customer service .
