We had placed an order online and after about 20 to 30 minutes of arguing with the staff we left. They had screwed our order up several times and overall it was a bad experience.
Peru AT&T is focused on customer service! I was experiencing the WORST nightmare with DirecTV/AT&T and getting no where over the phone and was at my wit's end when I walked into the Peru store. Multiple team members at the Peru have taken considerable time and worked with me to resolve my issues. Having their help calling in definitely made a difference, and I am very impressed with the customer service at this store.
Not very helpful didn't have very many answers to my questions a manager was not caring
Got good help from an employee regarding my account. Not cheap though if you need by a phone or phone accessories.
