Initially, I was able to lose weight pretty quickly. The sign they post in their office reporting number of pounds lost is very motivating. That's where my positive experience ended. I stuck with this program religiously for about 8 months and lost approximately 40 lbs. The loss became more of a struggle as time went on. I was fairly close to my goal when I decided that I had spent enough money with this program. I felt it was very expensive spending anywhere fro $85 to $120 every week. I had called the office to let them know that I wanted to stop the program being that I was very close to my goal weight. The person on the phone stated that they would most likely want to do an exit interview with me and go over options for maintenance. That's where it ended. I never received a follow-up call. I felt pretty much abandoned. I tried to maintain my weight loss with no success. This was a very frustrating outcome for me. It turns out that I know several other people that had gained some, most or all of the weight back after ending the program. I wish they would post a sign in their office stating

POUNDS RE-GAINED. Don't waste your money on this program. The reason the physician has maintained his weight loss is because the products are at his disposal 24/7. This diet is extremely restrictive and impossible to maintain!!
It's very easy to lose weight on this program, unless you're not motivated of course. They are very friendly and helpful with the diet, and how to maintain your weight once you hit your goal weight. I like how you only use their products while you're losing, and then you don't have to purchase them if you don't want to, but still can if you want. They're support system is excellent, and I have so many new recipes that I love! If you listen to them, you will definitely lose the weight, and be able to keep it off. I've lost over 70 lbs on this, and feel it taught me how to eat right for life, and it's not just a fad diet like so many others.
Rude and unprofessional. They have hours listed online and on their door, I was there at 4:50 to pick something up and the doors were locked, I called and a snotty girl answered saying the last appointment left so they were closing early... After I said I drove over an hour she said she finished her closing duties and I was out of luck. They have decent programs but their staff is irresponsible and childish. If you are going to participate in their programs I suggest you do your business through the website and save yourself the headache of dealing with the degenerates.
