Went to get iPhone 6 screen replaced. $130 replacement. Claimed he needed 40 mins, only took 15 mins. I get the phone back and the screen is a low quality, cheap, third party screen which looks like it has a screen protector over it, creating visual issues. Won't refund, unless we were to take it off ourselves and just hand the screen to him, but we still have to pay $50 for his 15 mins of time. Customer service doesn't answer the phone. And now Apple won't help because it was opened by third party and they don't want to be liable for his damage. Now were stuck with a sh$ty screen from a scamming company. I do not recommend Cellairis at all. Horrible customer care. Apple is cheaper and the correct screen. I'm so disappointed.
