A great experience
When I had someone come out to measure, I called the store to have them them explain how they figured the square footage. They got frustrated and rude with me. After I told them that I sisbt appreciate the tone and how rude they were being, they told me to have a great fu***** day. Very rude, and unprofessional. Would NOT suggest it.
Everyone in store was very helpful and listened to what I wanted. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive flooring they had, took the time to show me options to stay within my budget. Installation went very smoothly and relatively quick considering there was only one installer. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again next time we have flooring needs.
I will definitely be back to this store! The staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't try to get us to go out of our price range. We told the salesman what we were thinking and he knew exactly what mattress we wanted. They delivered it a little over a week after we ordered it. The two men who delivered it were very professional and friendly. We were going to assemble it ourselves, but they asked us twice to make sure, so we decided to let them assemble the bed, and they were very quick and efficient. We were extremely happy with our experience and would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a bed, flooring needs, etc.
