Food came out at a good time. Drinks was good. Service could of been better but what can you expecte it's Applebees. I can say the young lady that sits people helped us with our tickets so she was the MVP of the night.
We were seated right away and our server was there pretty quick.
Probably the best Applebee's we've been to - both food and service. Our server, Katrina, was exceptional.
went there with three friends a while back and I will never go again. We happened to see another group of people we know who ended up sitting at another table, but they still forced the large group gratuity on us. That would be no big deal IF the waitress didnt totally screw me over and refuse to fix it. She brought be the completely wrong food, foods that I do not like or ever eat, but insisted that it was what I ordered and said she would have to charge me to replace it. She also brought be a 2nd and 3rd bottled rootbeer which I thought would be free because I didnt ask for more she just said. "I went ahead and got you another one is that alright?" Its one thing if horrible service and management happens at a good restaurant but $35 for food I wouldnt eat at a place that has mediocre microwaved food on its best day is just unacceptable.
Worst service ever brought appetizers and main course at same time waitress then disappeared no refills took forever to get check no room on table steak was raw and cold not the first time definitely the last time I ever go there horrible experience
When we got our food, it was perfect. Best burger I've had in a long time.
