Have always experienced great prices, deals and customer service.
It was terrible it was a worst place I've ever been in 10-day won't wait on you we waited 20 minutes just for one section not one sale of them showed up in 20 minutes

Do not, I repeat, do not buy a gun at any Durham's anywhere in Illinois. They do not know or adhere to state regulations. It took me 10 days to pick up a weapon because they refuse to follow proper procedure when it comes to filling out and submitting paperwork for your purchase. Prices are very good for most items. I do not blame the staff as much as I blame their company policies. The staff (even management) is aware of this but will not try to help you in any way. There are much better choices and prices elsewhere. Yet, I was able to purchase more than 1 .22 caliber air rifle with greater than 799 fps right off the shelf, which is illegal in Illinois. Due to my bad experience with the only firearm purchase, I reported this to the local police dept. They quickly pulled the .22 air rifles from the shelf. They are now behind the glass counter.
Also, the firearm I purchased had a label with the incorrect number of round capacity. I just do not like doing business with a company that can't get most things right. I think 3 stars is only based on the selection and variety of products, but little else.
