I really love Aldi. The fact that they are including organics now is fantastic! This store is clean (bathroom is scary but that's because it's old). The staff is fast and pretty friendly. Best prices on produce in the area hands down.
We save so much money here. It's a great place to shop and a lot of options to choose from.
This Aldi has outgrown itself. Even Kewanee has a larger store than Peru. It's time for Aldi Corp. to step up & remodel.
Aldi's is one of the best values for groceries. Their produce is always the best bargain of all grocers. I use many of their generic brands. They are just as quality as name brands. I like that the stores are compact yet have a big variety. Checkout is really swift so don't worry if the waiting line seems long. Best thing yet...I have shopped Aldi's for 40+ years and have never heard call for a price check!
