On Thursday 10/12/2017 The radio and climate manual controls on my Chrysler 300 stopped working. I stopped and talked to our salesman Bill Tyler if for some reason we hit something that made this happen. Bill came out and checked it out, found nothing wrong and contacted the service department who brought the car in for service immediately. They ran a test and found that there were issues with the connections. Immediately fixed it and said if it happens again a new part might be required. How can you get better service then that and the team work between sales and service is one of the big reasons I continue to come back to Bill Walsh and Coronet Dodge. Thanks for always having our back Bill Tyler.
