My wife and I just bought a truck there and it was easy and the staff was very friendly. The sales staff isn't trying to force you into a vehicle and they are more than accommodating. "Grade A Diesel Mechanics"
Bought a truck after it had the clutch replaced. Installed an aftermarket clutch and flywheel recently. Not pleased with the missing, and not installed fasteners in cab. Wiring harness broken and zip tied together on the transfer case due to improper removal. New brake caliper that was installed did not have the caliper or bolt slides cleaned and lubed. Which caused the caliper to seize and make the brakes squeak and leave dust on the wheel. Rubber protective boots for bolt slides were torn also due to careless mechanics. I knew the truck had some downfalls when I bought it... The overall evaluation of how the "Grade A Diesel Mechanics" repaired and replaced the clutch among other parts in the truck is poor. The owner spoke highly of them but I now realize they are more careless then I assumed. Dealership is good, inventory is good. If I ever purchase another vehicle here I won't be so gullable.
I can't tell you how much they accommodated me. I had an issue with the car I bought, I am from Rockford, IL, they came up here and got it, gave me a decent loaner, brought mine back when it was done. John was great! Sorry John, I was happiest when I saw Evan pull in with it to give it back! She was so pretty. I know, I know, it's a car it's for sale. ....lol 5 stars!
